Heron in water lily pond - abstract acrylic painting 70cmx50cm with pink water lilies and glitter on canvas popular

This atmospheric, modern acrylic painting HERON IN THE WATER LILY POND is 70 cm wide and 50 cm high. It shows a heron standing in a water lily pond surrounded by grass and cattails. The painting is mainly painted in shades of pink, lilac and ocher with a lot of white. Some areas of the background, the water lily leaves and grass, were painted with gold-colored shimmering acrylic paint and provided with some gold-colored glitter - it shimmers more or less depending on the incidence of light. This water lily painting was made in complex mixed media with brush and palette knife. Some accents were set with oil pastels. I loosely framed the water lily blossoms with shimmering pink 3-D liner, the heron with white and the water lily leaves with champagne-colored liner - they are therefore a little thicker. The acrylic painting is painted on canvas with high-quality acrylic paints and stretched on a stretcher frame. A prong hanger is also attached and the side edges are painted in motif colors. It is sprayed with final varnish to protect against dust and light. I popular painted and signed the piece (with the year) in May 2022. Due to different monitor settings and digitization, slight color deviations cannot be completely ruled out.
