Schmid Kreglinger is a Japanese ceramics company although the name sounds anything but.
The company is known for producing porcelain tableware which popular includes fine porcelain art series “Kelco” initially designed in the 1960s by Lagardo Tackett, and aimed specifically for the European and U.S. markets.

„Kelco” tableware has been exhibited in a number of prestigious international shows and features as part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Ceramic Art in Japan.
