Here is a compact that has all the extras including the original box and sleeve popular. I feel like this one dates to the 1960s or perhaps a little later.

The compact top is in good shape. I see few surface scratches. The gold tone is also in good tact. The back looks almost new to me. It has a a few surface scratches, but I have to look hard.

It opens well. The mirror inside is clouding a little, but no cracks.

The top is missing to the rouge well. I think it had a top. So, that's one thing to note. The powder well still has a little powder which I tried to clean off, but it's all over the inside. I'm still trying to clean it up, but it's there.

The lipstick case pulls open well. There are some scratches on the lipstick case, but not much. I'm not sure how to make the lipstick come up. I don't want to force it either. The lipstick is not melted inside which is good news.

The compact itself measures about 2.5 by 3.5 inches. The box is 3 inches by 4.5. The box is in good shape for its age. I don't see any major tears or disrepair. It swivels up to display the compact.
