Brand new. Purchased Aug 1 2022 In original packaging. Slip/grip mat popular on base/platform came up at the edges after 2 hours of use. Can be easily glued. Hover-1 are replacing it with a new one BUT they require you to decommission the old one by cutting the power cable. You can then dispose of the old one and do not have to return it. If you can reconnect the power cable then this is very good deal. I live in Manhattan NYC.
