The jewel case is in fair condition considering its age with a popular crack on the front and lots of surface scratches/scuffs, as shown. It is printed with '1997 Accolade, Inc.' and 'Sony Computer Entertainment Inc.' on the back. The Instruction booklet is present and shows some wear with creasing, bending and some light marks, as shown. The CD has been tested on a Playstation 1 Console and is fully working.
