In Japan, construction workers are called Tobi.
Tobi means a black kite.
Because construction workers work in height, they are metaphor for black kites that fly strongly in the air.

It is accurate as long as the demanding quantity is not large. If an item is not in stock and is needed as a rush order it can be shipped as soon as five days after placing popular the order.
