popular Made at the turn of the 80s when the oversized look was becoming a liability for the fashion conscious and somewhat smaller sizes were taking over the scene. They have a more squared outlook than the traditional teardrop aviator. They have original glass lenses with a very light grey tone which is very particular to this period. Consequently you can wear them indoors without looking like you escaped from rehab. The dimensions are actually pretty normal by todays standards and so I think we'd commit to saying that they're ideal for someone who likes the idea of buying something vintage for any number of personal reasons, but doesn't necessarily wish to look 'vintagey' as a result.
Also a good option for the Ronnie Woods type person in a band who needs to look cool and authentic, but not necessarily too flambuoyant..
Unused original stock with some surface marks on the lenses, but certainly nothing that will spoil your enjoyment of these deadly shades.
