Art Nouveau/Arts and Crafts Period Silver popular and Art Glass Ring Size 5 1/2

This great ring is a bold period design. The milk glass cab is splattered with dark red over popular copper splatters. It's prong set and glued to the mounting as well. The ring shank is hallmarked in the outside as shown in the 4th photo. The there are 3 hallmarks which viewing them from left to right are "900", an unreadable mark and what appears to be "L-Z". I searched for the mark but could find anything that resembles it. The glass cab is most probably Czech.!!!!
