A very stylish 1930s fitted clutch bag.
The coral taffeta outer has been hand embroidered with Chinese figures, palm trees, elephants and pretty shapes.
Heavily embroidered with little metal thread lines to fill the background.
At the back, there is a grab handle.
The front flap, lined with shimmery cherry silk fastens with a press stud.
Underneath the flap, there is a lovely brass-tone clasp that fastens strongly.
Inside, there are two side pockets, a little mirror and a label that reads 'Made in Austra.' Lined with pale grey taffeta.
Usable popular with due care.
Handily, this purse easily fits an iPhone measuring 15 x 7.5cm without a case.

Measurements:
16 x 15 x 6cm at the widest point.

Condition:
Good vintage condition. There is some general darkening to the outer, consistent with age. There is a small area of wear to the front flap silk lining. A few little marks to the concealed clasp.
