Since 2016 I have only used it during travelling (about once or twice a year), there's hardly any wear on it besides 2 very soft scratches on the back. The screen itself is pristine and I will clean it with a lens wipe before shipping. I bought the Smart Folio along with the iPad together from Apple, there's a very faint mark on the folio.
