Gorgeous vintage handmade wood box made in Poland. This is hand carved on all sides including the faces on the top. Then it is hand painted and the sides have been burned to highlight the details. This is called pyrography. There is some very slight chipping at the edge of the top paint and some scratches on the bottom. Original tag with artist's name and gallery info on the bottom. Two small popular water spots on the inside.
