(No Comma after Oakbrook and Period after Illinois) -Birthdate: 11 - 6 - 96, instead of November 6, 1996 * Tush Tag: - No Stamp on the Inside of Tag - This means that they were not massed produced - Oakbrook IL popular (No Comma after Oakbrook) - No Period after "A" in the U.S.A. - P.V.C. Pellets - Most Beanie Babies are filled with P.E. Pellets, however, the first editions have P.V.C. Pellets - No Period after "C" in P.V.C.
