Popular Silver plated metal cup

Nice souvenir cup.
Under the piece, many inscriptions : EPNS ( electroplated nickel silver).
This is an alloy of nickel, copper and zinc covered with a thin layer of silver in an electrochemical process.
It would be brighter after a good cleaning.
the silvering is worn by places and the gold colour of the metal popular reappears.
It dates from 1916 as you can see at the inscription on top of the foot:
« A souvenir from « splinters » HAC, [916.
It is very delicate and in good condition.
