Dutch design on vintage inspired minihat in blue and black with included but optional popular birdcage veil

You can wear this hat in four differed way's and with or without the birdcage veiling.
The birdcage veil is included but popular optional because it is on a elastic band.
An advantage off this elastic band is also that you can arrange the veil to your liking.
This aliceband is not stitched to the hat but "on" the hat it ables you to determine the ultimate place on your head yourself it is stitched very stiff but if you want you can secure it with the included label witch has a glue strip on the back
