popular Wonderful red patterned cotton sun dress from the early 1950s. (like 1950-1952 earlyyy). Anyways, it's wonderful! Likely homemade. Has a bit of room to be able to let the straps be a hair longer if desired. Metal zipper. I love the print so much!
