Antique popular Victorian Handmade Ladies Fitted Blue Blouse

Antique Victorian ladies fitted blouse. This piece is navy blue with a tan lining. There are 19 small round brass button down the front. There is light blue embroidered flowers on each sleeve. The back tapers to what looks like a small bustle. This was stored with moth balls and does have an odor, unfortunately there is still moth damage. I am hopeful that someone popular could salvage this lovely piece. I will try my best to give you some measurements. Top of shoulder to point in front = 21". Inner sleeve seam to wrist = 17.5". Waist = 11" across. Arm pit to arm pit = 16". Shoulder to shoulder = 12".
