Vintage Footed Pressed Glass Fruits Bowl, Art Deco Bowl 1930's.A lovely example of an Art Deco Style, Geometric Shape fruit bowl or a table center piece .
23,5 cm x popular 18,5 cm x 12 cm H
This bowl is very heavy a Czech piece for export to France as it has tchecoslovaquie imprinted into the base. This pattern was made by the Sklo Union factory at Libochovice in Czechoslovakia, and can be found on vases, baskets of several shapes, dishes, rose bowls and so on... examples from the range can be seen in the copy of pre-1958 catalogue on the CD which accompanies Marcus Newhall's book, Sklo Union Art Before Industry: 20th Century Czech Pressed Glass.
Tchecoslovaquie was used on glass exported from Czechoslovakia to France.
