"Stormy Morning" is an acrylic smudge abstract painting made up of Black, Grey, Cerulean Blue, Yellow and Pink on this standard stretched canvas. It popular is sealed with a high gloss varnish and is sold without a frame. This painting was made through the process of acrylic paint smudging and blending, therefore impossible to recreate exactly or to duplicate. The painting feels to me, as if you are looking through a foggy window after a morning storm - out into perhaps the garden full of pink and yellow flowers. The blue sky breaking through the still dark clouds of the morning storm.
