✧ A digital proof of your personalisation will be emailed/ messaged to you. See below.

DIGITAL PROOF
1) A digital proof will be sent to your email/ Etsy messages within 72 hours (EXCLUDES weekends). Remember to check your spam/ junk folder.
2) You will then have 48 hours to respond back.
3) You can make up to two changes. Any additional changes will incur in a design fee that is required to be paid before production begins.
4) If you have not responded after 48 hours, I will assume that you have approved the design and I will go ahead with production.
5) Once production has begun, you will not be able to make any amendments or cancellations.

NOTE:
Our processing time popular is from the date we receive your approval email/ message, NOT from the date your order is placed.
We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks in advance of your event to account for any delays along the way.
