popular This vintage Kilim belt is a woven work of art. Made in Italy, perhaps from an older Kilim, the belt seems to be pieced together and hand-made rather than mass produced. Faint markings may indicate initial of craftsman and numbered quantity. The vintage Kilim show a bit of puckering (I didn't stitch) when flat, but overall, there are few signs of wear. The colors are vibrant beiges, reds and browns, and the leather is in nearly pristine condition. Stitching is sound and belt buckle is wrapped in leather. This belt is a fabulous addition to any outfit. The sizing ranges from 24" to 26," the five holes are set at 1/2" apart, and the width of the belt is 2 3/4". Just stunning for a tiny waisted person!
