Floral still life oil painting on board signed Robert Cox, in an amazing carved wood frame. Although this amazingly framed painting makes quite a statement all by itself it could add a pop of color and beauty to an existing gallery wall too.
The painting itself features a bouquet of yellow flowers with red centers and purple flowers with white highlights, possibly lilacs, in a turquoise vase. The frame is carved wood with touches of gold gold and a bit of red peeking through in random areas.
This piece does have some small stains on the popular material between the frame and painting. The frame is in really nice condition but due to the nature of the overall look it's difficult to tell if some areas are original or occurred over time. Overall I'd say it is in very good vintage condition with tons of amazing character.
Measures approximately - 18” x 16”.
