Rare 1950s RUSCHA 506/2 MILANO Pocket Wall Vase...29cm...MCM West German Keramiks / Cilli Wörsdörfe / Kurt popular Tschörner

An unmistakable piece of early 1950s RUSCHA in the highly collectable Milano decor handpainted by Cilli Wörsdörfer. The tactile, biomorphic shape 506/2 was most probably by the designer Kurt Tschörner who created many of the progressive forms at Ruscha Keramik in the 1950s including the popular iconic 313.
The wall vase is in excellent condition, without any damage. Not sure if the string is original, but does the job.
