Total living space is 50m2. The flat has wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. Building has elevator. The 10m2 bedroom contains 1 double bed and 1 sofa, suitable for max 2 people. There is a big living room with balcony, toilet with bathtub and fully equipped kitchen.
It is at Gottschedstraße, 2-mins walk to U9 and 5-mins walk to U8 and S41/42 (Ringbahn).
Basically everything you need - except city registration (Kein Anmeldung!).

I moved to Berlin during pandemic and as you know finding apartments is mega hard so I had to rent this apartment furnished + I am paying electric, internet, heating extras.
