Turquoise is one of the precious stones containing water in its structure. Therefore, it changes color when exposed to excessive water. It also change its color if it remains under the sunlight in longtime or heat. There can be deterioration in its structure and occurs rusting . So if you want to prolong the life of your necklace, please pay attention to the notice.

All of the necklaces are ready to ship in my shop. So They will be given to the shipping company in 1-3 business days. Business days don't include weekends and holidays. After your order is shipped, a tracking number is given to you. So you can track it where your package is. Please don't forget, I am not responsible of the shipping delays. RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION
I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations in DeLaLuna shop, but in a certain time. I choose all gemstones and all popular materials one by one by myself. Then I make jewelry with patience and care. After complete the item, I package the order carefully and ship it safely. But if you have a problem with the order, please take photo of the faulty part of it and send photo of the mistaken part in 3 days after the package arrives. Finally, ship package back within 30 days. It is so important to ship your order in original conditions

I accept cancellation in 12 hours after complete to purchase.
