Return and exchange
All my items are exclusive and ordered according to your measurements, so unfortunately I do not accept returns or exchanges. I start to fulfill orders only after an advance payment of 20%. The remaining amount is convenient monthly for spare parts. Since I knit a model from 1 to 3 months. This 20% goes towards the purchase of materials for knitting patterns. In case of cancellation of the order, this 20% will not be refunded, since it has already been spent on knitting materials.

I am not responsible for changes in size due to weight gain or weight loss. I am not responsible for any changes made after receiving the garment.
