~~CUSTOMISATIONS~~

For the fabric that is wrapped around the handle, some of our choices include:

Brown, brown suede, cream, turquoise, camel, navy, navy suede, pale pink leather, red, Black leather, imitation black leather, black suede and shipibo pattern, but we also have many other fabrics in stock, so if you have anything in mind, do let us know and we'll see what we can do for you.

For the charm on the handle, you can choose:

Serpent, eagle, hummingbird, jaguar, frog, elephant, lion, mushroom, feather, butterfly, fairy, owl (please ask if we have not listed what you want as we are always collecting new charms)

The cord colour can be custom chosen or popular I will choose intuitively based on the design and energy I feel at the time of making.

~Add-ons

If you've selected your chakapa to include gold leaf, we have 3 choices of colour available, either 24k gold, rose gold, or sterling silver. The 1 side option includes gold leaf on only one side of the chakapa, this will be around 4-6 leaves depending. The 2 side option will include gold leaf on both sides of the chakapa.

With the added crystals on the handle, we normally select them intuitively to match the design of the chakapa, but we can customise these also if you wish.

We are ALWAYS working on a new batch of chakapa's so if you do not see them on our shop be sure to message us to find out what we are currently working on or to discuss a unique custom made Chakapa especially for you.

After making your order we will contact you to discuss the details of your custom Chakapa and if we do not hear back from you within 1-2 weeks we will intuitively channel what to create for you.

ALL of our Chakapas come with crystals (and a copper coil) which have all been energetically connected together to create a crystal grid around the planet.

Meaning when using one our chakapas you are connected to every other chakapa we have created as they work in synergy with the starseed healers who use them.

For quality control, as sellers often replicate our designs, each Chakapa comes with its very own certificate of authentication with it's unique serial number and listed the crystals and astrological alignments that were at play when they were created.

Chakapa (sometimes spelled shakapa or Latinized to shacapa) is a Quechua word for a shaker or rattle constructed of bundled dried leaves.

Curanderos (healers) and other shaman of the Shipibo-Conibo people in the Peruvian Amazon use the chakapa in healing ceremonies.

In an ayahuasca ceremony, for example, a curandero may shake the chakapa around the patient while singing an icaro (healing song). The sound of the chakapa is said to comfort patients in an ayahuasca ceremony and "cleans" the energy surrounding the patient.

Shaman have a large variety of chakapa movements that create different sounds and energy waves; these movements match the coinciding icaro and healing that is being done at the time.

Some people report seeing green, blue, and gold ribbons of light form around the chakapa, and then move in tendrils about the room.

The chakapa is also an important cleansing tool used during venteadas and arcanas. In the Amazon, once the shaman catches the bad spirits in a chakapa, it is then blown out of the leaves into the forest. The spirits are distributed and taken in by all nature such as trees and plants.
