13 Piece Set English Aynsley MINT popular Condition"Marine Rose" Creamer, Four Bread Plates, Four Cups and Four Saucers

Aynsley quality fine bone china "Marine Rose" (#2872) 13 piece set consists of 4 bread/small dessert plates (diameter 6-1/4"), four crocus shaped tea/coffee cups that easily hold 6 oz. each (height 2-5/8"), four saucers (diameter 5-5/8") and one creamer (height 3-3/8"). Circa 1960s. All in MINT condition! Aynsley was a well known quality china manufacturer that began in 1775, and had been in Longton, England since 1875, until popular it closed in 2014. Both Queen Elizabeth and Princess Diana selected Aynsley china for their weddings. Against a cool white background, purple centered blue peony roses with greenery surround each piece. Inside of cups have one floral spray, one is purple, three are blue. Linear embossing, scalloped edges, and a fully intact gold trim also add beauty to each piece.
