Perfect for the fishing enthusiast, this twist pen pays tribute to fly fishing. The antique brass parts show amazing detail from the scenes on the nib and finial to the fly rod clip and the reel on top of the finial. The barrel is made from Honduran Rose Wood with a rich toned grain. There is a nice protective finish of cyanoacrylate, just enough to retain a more natural wood feel, that has been buffed to a smooth, soft sheen. The ink can be refilled/replaced with a parker style ballpoint or gel ink cartridge, which are easy to find in multiple colors and widths.
Please see the last picture for measurement and a size comparison with a standard #2 pencil and to see how far the tip extends when "open". It will come in a drawstring pouch for storage and protection.
