I am a 35 year old female who has recently been diagnosed with ADHD, and have found that painting provides the dopamine kick my brain desires. I hope my paintings provide you the same calm and joy they provide me. No two paintings are exactly alike, because let's face it, my brain only enjoys the abstract. With my recent diagnosis, I am learning to ditch the need for perfectionism that often times has accompanied me through my life, and fully accept my perfect quirks.
