Stunning 1940s swing dress with a velvet bodice and abstract colored skirt and neckline; there is a beautiful rhinestone brooch attached to the collar as well

Condition: good vintage condition; a few seams have pulled loose along the neckline where the velvet meets the the coloured fabric
