This is a Silver and Russian/Baltic Amber popular Ring. It is marked at the back of the ring on the outside of the shank. It is marked 875 which is the content of Russian silver. This is a very nice ring in excellent used condition. The amber is butterscotch /egg yolk color.
The ring weighs 4.6 grams. It is a size7 3/4. The amber "stone" measures 20.5mm x 12 mm.
