We are unable to monitor the weather for the each orders location.
Seller is not responsible for USPS delays or damage from weather, We will work with you if you need help submitting a claim. Please purchase additional insurance if needed, usps priority covers up to $50

Shipping is priority from South Carolina. Plants are packaged with bubble wrap, poly-fiber and paper. Plants are usually wrapped securely and taped to packaging to prevent movement during shipment. Please take care when opening package.

We ship weekly MONDAY and TUESDAY, Holiday weeks we ship after the holiday or the following non holiday week. Some platforms require us to ship within a certain amount of days. We may have to ship soon after you purchase.

All live plant sales are final. If your plants arrive damaged or there is a problem with your order please send us a message with a photo of the original packaging including box and plant. These must be clearly identifiable in the attached photos of your message (please contact us through the purchased platform only. Buyer must contact us for problems concerning order within 24 hours after receiving the product by the carrier. We cannot be responsible for plant mail left in a post office box or outside for several days. Please save original packaging material including the box if return of shipment is necessary. No refunds or replacements after the 24 hours has expired. Once your plant is in the possession of the postal service We are not responsible for postal delays or climate damage. If issue is due to our packaging please contact us. All plants we ship are heathy and happy. Please take clear pictures/ video of the unpacking.

Product costs will only be refunded if the product received was damaged beyond survivability of plant If the problem is caused by the seller, (i.e. a slightly wilted plant does NOT qualify as a damaged plant. Once given the proper care the plant will soon recover.) we will also refund the cost of the return shipping. Your item and shipping refund, if necessary, will be deposited through the payment method you used.

Shipping labels are automatically created from the information you have entered in the platform. Any shipping address errors will not be refunded. If the product is returned to us and still in good health, we can reship it at the customer's cost.
