Rare Stories in popular Soap Fairy Tales by Hollybrooke Productions 1947, The Pink Whale and the Blue Whale, Childrens soap box set

This is a rare find from old store stock, often used and made to be thrown away. This is a soap box set of two whales. The story is remarkable for its time, it is printed on the front inside cover of the box. It reads " Far out to sea lived two whales. A blue whale and a pink whale. Other whales would have nothing to do with them. The pink whale looked sad and blue. The blue whale blushed pink with shame. One day sailors came hunting with long harpoons, the frightened whales swam this way and that. A pink whale! A blue whale! It was so wonderful, they laid aside their harpoons and sailed away, and from that day on, all the whales loved and honored the pink whale and the blue whale...."

on the other side of course there is a blue whale soap and a pink whale soap bar placed into cutouts for the soap as in a sea. The box looks like a book. The box is 8 1/2 by 6 inches and the book popular is 2 inches deep. There is some colored paper coming off the edge of the book/box, other than that it is good condition.
