This metal frame has a tabletop mount on back. It has a silhouette of a boy playing a horn, Little Boy Blue maybe. The back of the silhouette shows other pictures with a child and I think this came in a kit for kids. You can put any picture in the frame. The back is marked Ferrero 88. These were popular in Italy and I'm guessing it's Italian. Frame shown with Barbie doll hand for scale but no doll included.
