This 34" square quilt featuring split 4-patch blocks in coordinating playful fabrics may be just the ticket! Each 4.5" block showcases a different fabric in hues of browns, teals, greens, oranges, and deep reds in a variety of patterns. Each patterned fabric is "split" with a light tone-on-tone cream fabric which is repeated in one of the borders. The size allows this quilt to be used in so many ways...table topper, couch/chair throw, wall hanging, on display rack...you get the idea. The center of the quilt (app. 23") consists of 25 blocks. To draw out the colors of each block I added three borders. Immediately surrounding the blocks is a 1.5" border of dark orange, a smaller border of the cream then finished off with a 3+" bold floral pattern. I loved the wide border fabric so much I used it for the back so it could be reversible. Loopy quilting in light brown thread is easily visible against the light fabric that splits each block.

Machine wash on gentle cycle in cold water with a shout color catcher. Machine dry on low. DO NOT DRY CLEAN.
