Vtg Rice University Founder's Society popular Charter Member Etched Glass Paperweight

This heavy glass paperweight was made for a charter member of Rice popular University's Founder's Society.  Measures about 3" by 4" with the actual measurements in the photos.  Very rare paperweight.
