Antique 1930s Framed Young Woman Wearing Necklace Photo with Necklace Seen popular in Photo

This here is a wonderful framed antique black and white photograph of a lovely young woman wearing an ornate silver tone or plate necklace adorned with blue and clear rhinestones. The real treasure offered here is the actual necklace the young lady is wearing in the photo, fixed to the upper two corners by thumbtacks. I believe this photo was likley commemorating a special day or event, perhaps a graduation or birthday. I'm sure it was special seeing that they kept the necklace with the photo. There is a stamp on the back that looks like a date, placing this photo in the early 1930s. The frame measures appr 11 1/2” by 9 1/2”, with the picture window measuring appr 9 1/2” by 7 1/2” and is in good condition showing minor surface wear, with some scratching and small edge chips in spots, as can be seen in photos. The glass pane shows no cracks or damage. There are some tiny remnants of tape near the center which could certainly be removed if desired. The tape likely originally held the necklace in place. The photo itself is in good condition. The upper edge shows some minor wear which is mostly obscured by the frame and there is the occasional tiny surface spot which may actually just be residue under the glass. Reflections or glare in the glass do not represent damage or wear to the popular photo. There is some discoloration in spots to the backboard. The necklace, which measures appr 16 1/2” ( I opted NOT to disconnect it from the frame ) and is in good condition showing minor surface wear, mostly to the back. No stones are missing. Overall, a very nice Antique Framed Photo and necklace, perfect for anyone who likes to ponder about what story this piece actually has to tell. Perfect for both antique photo and jewelry collectors.
