This is a handmade plaster/synthetic mask. These masks (kagura) are used in traditional art performances across Japan.

This is a mask of Tengu (天狗), which is a general term for various gods, both benevolent and malevolent, in many different traditional religious sects of Japan. This is the standard Tengu mask used in Noh, which has a red face and long nose.

This mask hasn't been used in a performance and was made to be decoration. While there is actual dust from being displayed for decades, much of the old look is part of the design and is standard among most masks.
