As the Coach catalog listing for the Basic Bag summed it up, "it started a look." This look, a well-proportioned, rectangular form with a minimalist understated elegance, became synonymous with Coach bags. It also features classic Coach heavier gauge leather, industrial strength talon zipper and long dog walk strap.
As far as the condition, the exterior color shows some fading and uneven in places as well as a couple of small "age" spots--all common with Coach red vintage bags. The back has a few scratches. You can also find some pen marks, mainly on the bottom side in the corner.
