A custom home portrait makes a great housewarming gift or serves as a memorial to the special place you call home.

Original house paintings are available in sizes 9x12 and 11x14 and ship in rigid envelopes popular with plastic covering and paper backing for extra protection.

*Frame, mat board, and decorations are not included in purchase.

HOW IT WORKS:

STEP ONE:
Purchase the listing.

STEP TWO:
Message me a daytime, high-quality photo(s) of your home. List any special requests you may have. EXAMPLES: things to include or exclude, any text you wish to be included (such as your address or last name on the bottom of the painting), any color changes, landscape requests, etc.

STEP THREE:
I will message you a picture of the pencil sketch. This gives you the opportunity to request changes before the watercolor goes on. Once it is painted, changes are much harder to make so please study the pencil drawing carefully.

STEP FOUR:
After I have been given the go ahead to begin painting, I will finish your painting and ship it out.

STEP FIVE:
Frame and enjoy!!!
