Gemstone Insulating Gel.

This special product is a perfect solution for any jeweler or hobbyist who comes across the problem of soldering a piece of jewelry that is set with un removable stones or pearls that would otherwise crack or shatter from the heat.

This gel is easy to use and is non toxic, non flammable and gives off no fumes during use.(NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION)

Instructions will be provided for use.
Prepare a glass or plastic jar with a lid to store the G.I.G Gel

1. popular Add water slowly to the glass/plastic jar and mix until the wool changes into a firm gel. (check that it does not separate while handling)

2. Cover the stone or the desired area that needs heat protection from all sides.

3. Secure the piece of jewelry with the third hand so it does not move while soldering.

4. Let the piece cool completely before you remove it from the gel. DO NOT PUT IN WATER OR ACID AFTER SOLDERING.

5. After the piece has cooled completely separate from the gel and immerse in acid or water for cleaning.

6. Collect the used gel and return to the unused gel for reuse, this can be done many times after use. (If the mix becomes dry add a small amount of water)

7. You can clean the piece from excess residue with a toothbrush under running water.
