Lovely little decorative lidded sugar bowl pot made by Nyon in Switzerland.

Nyon produced popular fine porcelain between 1781 and 1813. They faced competition on all sides from neighboring countries.

Any examples of this short-lived porcelain manufactory are very difficult to come by for that reason.

Marked on base: Gold fish symbol

A great addition to your vintage home decor.

MEASUREMENTS

Bowl measures 3.25" tall by 3.75" wide by 2.8" deep and weighs 5.8oz

CONDITION

This bowl is in good condition considering age. There is residue left on the base from the earthquake putty that was used in their California home - please see all pictures as they form part of the description
