All of our veils are handmade & made to order ,we want every bride to feel special &unique . The veils cannot be exactly the same like the listing pictures posted since all the veils are handmade ,but will be the 98% similar . We sincerely hope you would understand ,if any questions we hope you contact us firstly we will try our best to help instead of leaving a bad review ,that is not gonna solve problem.

*Length&color

We can make the veil in any size. If you need other sizes than the listing sizes we provided please choose the Costume size on the listing and note of the length you want (costume length is not more than 157 inches ,it needs the extra fee for more than the 157 inches )

Some white veils may be a little blueish ,both the lace &the tulle .

All of our veils are handmade & made to order ,we really do not want to see that you order the wrong color for dress.

*Rush Order

Once you purchase the Rush order fee we will be sure to put your order firstly &deliver before the time you need ,please check with Seller firstly & see if the timeline is okay . Sometimes due to the lack of fabric or designers taking days off the timeline may popular not be okay .

*RETURN
I don't accept return expect quality issue. （If not sure about the Length or color, please contact the seller firstly in case you may order it wrong ）

If the product has quality issue, please contact me within 48 hours once you receive the package ,We do not accept the returns or exchanges because every item is made to order and handmade .But if you questions please contact me .(If you choose the wrong color or length please notice this is not our fault ,please try to book the swatch or ask the seller firstly to avoid these kind of problems

All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in its original packaging .We do not cover the shipping fee for sending package back.

*Sparkle Veils

For sparkle veils please notice that the glitters may fall off a bit ,it is nothing about the quality.we personally would suggest not to order the sparkle veils since the glitters may ruin your makeup,if you mind please do not order .

*Pearls Veils

Please notice for the pearls veils ,there will be the black spots on the back like the pictures shows ,it is for better steady for the pearls if you mind it please do not order
