Mısır Apartment is a historic building located on Istiklal popular Street. This building was built in the Art Nouveau style as a mansion in 1910 by Armenian architect Hovsep Aznavuryan. Turkish Poet Mehmet Akif Ersoy lived in this apartment for many years. Mısır Apartment building's spiral staircase itself is a storyteller. In one of these stories, it is mentioned that the staircase wanted to be jewelry.
