Artisan View kiln fired stained glass center starts from clear recycled glass. Colorful glass powder is applied to create images. I employ glass ground fine as flour, there is no paint used. My work is gently fired in the kiln for 3 days, where it runs together like honey. The glass is reborn when the kiln is opened. What is revealed are irregular textures of unfading glass. Finished pieces capture light and beautiful shades popular of everlasting color that transition with changing sunlight.
