This piece features a cylindrical silver plate rim, hinged lid, and arched handle on a rounded cut crystal base with a starburst motif on its base. The silver plate rim is marked “D.R.G.M.” for “Deutsches Reichsgebrauchsmuster”, a pre-1952 German registration mark. The silver plate is on solid brass.
