popular This buffalo skull and sunflowers wood burning piece is on a basswood slice and measures approximately 8" tall x 8 1/2" wide. It has been painted with acrylic paint to highlight the piece and is protected with polycrylic. It has a hanger on the back and it ready to display.
All of my artwork in my shop is made by me. My wood burnings are done completely by hand. I do not use lasers or engravers. Each piece is unique and the wood grain and type of wood will create different shading and burning. Even the same image will always burn differently. All wood burnings get 2-3 coats of polycrylic for protection and to bring out the beauty of the wood and artwork.
