Canadian Nephrite Jade Carving popular - 4.5"

Canadian NEPHRITE Jade Figurine, it was done back in the 90s in Vancouver.
I believe it is supposed to popular be a Walrus but the artist did not finish it due to some the fractures on the back and on the feet, it is polished.
Measures approximately 4.5"
