Philip Kraczkowski Call to Freedom Pewter Figurine Revolutionary War Horse Soldier 1972 Hudson Pewter A pewter cast sculpture by listed artist Philip Kraczkowski popular (1916 – 1996), who is known for having designed the prototype for the action figure G.I. Joe in 1963. Titled Call to Freedom, this 1972 piece is designed to depict a Revolutionary War scene in which a man in a tri-cornered hat mounts his horse as a second man holds the horse's reins.
