Mid Century Modern Tapio popular Wirkkala for Thomas Rosenthal Hooped Porcelain Vase with Silver Hoop & Taupe Color 1970s 20th Century Design

Up for sale I am offering a vintage porcelain vase produced by Thomas of Germany, a division of Rosenthal.
It was designed by Finnish artist Tapio Wirkkala.'Dates to the 1970s.
It has a beautiful taupe popular color glaze on the body and accented with a reflective silver glaze on the hoop.
In overall good vintage condition, free of chips, breaks or repairs.

Marked on the bottom: THOMAS GERMANY 73.

Measures: 8.5" in height X 4" wide at its widest X 3" in diameter at the top rim and 3 3/16" in diameter at the base.
